rx hurt loaches?

I am not so good with medications. We have an angel fish with hole-in-the-head disease that my husband plans to treat with a medicine that has a combination of metronidazole, copper sulfate, and Trichlorfon. He insists on treating the whole tank, but as I understand it, this is mostly a disease among angels and their relatives and is not a risk to my other fish. My main concern is that my clowns and kuhlis might be harmed by this medicine while receiving no benefit. I have other bottom dwellers, plecos and cories, that I sure don't want to see threatened either. Thoughts?
