Losses and gains over Christmas.

On Christmas Eve, I discovered the sole Pseudogastromyzon fasciatus dead. This was a great shame as I've owned this fish quite a while and he was very cute.

On Boxing Day I went with Alex to Big Als sale because he needed some equipment. We picked up a contaminant in a shipment of Beaufortia. The fish is really cute and looks like the two fish in the middle photograph on the link. However, it is much paler, more golden brown and the lateral line is almost a yellowish orange, so I don't think it's the same species.
