Snails ???

Hiya All

I bought some Clown Loaches 3 months ago due to a problem with snails. 1 of them sadly died due to an outbreak of Ick. We now have 2 of them. One sems to be the dominant (he is much bigger), but all in all they get along fine. There is just one problem : They are not interested in snails. I do see them very occasionally eat one of the oval shaped grey buggers, but at a rate of about 1 snail every 2 weeks, the snails win hands down. They never eat the small beige round shaped ones.
Is there any other loaches we can introduce (can't use big loaches, as we are reaching the limit on the tank). We have 2 koohlie loaches and 2 Clown loaches (amongst other fish). The snails are getting more and more.....(they don
