To buy or not to buy

As most of you probably read I recently lost my two clown loaches to ick. I have treated the tank for ick and also treated it with a copper solution to cut down on the snail population that has grown since the loss of my loaches. Tonight I scrubbed down all ornaments, plants and fixtures and did a 50% water change. I will test levels in the morning. After I add water I always add a amo-chlor treatmet for city tap water, I added about a tsp. of this tonight (10g tank).

So to get to the point I went to a local fish store today (not petsmart a real fish store) and they had a whole tank full of small clown loaches (1"-1.5") for $6.99 ea.
I really want some more loaches but I don't want to do any
