Yawning & loaches

My little bitty yoyo yawned at me the other day, so I yawned back at it. It yawned back at me.

Honestly, I have no idea what yawning means to a loach. Anyone know? It's been a bit skittish, so I'm mildly worried that that's an aggressive motion.

I put a pea in the tank this morning, and somebody ate it, but I don't know if it was my loaches or my fat zebra danios. My danios think they're loaches, I swear. They swim around near the bottom of the tank and pick at the gravel. They only started doing this when the loaches showed up. Weird ...
