Hi. I know you are all going to say "No Way ! ", but I am now on my fouth Pleco. I buy a small one ( 3" ) to keep the algea down, and they last between a month and week. I come home and find a skeleton there. I have 5 clowns. 2x2" 2x3" 1x4". One Angel fish and some neons in a 220 Litre tank. Water is fab ( I live in Zurich and there is totally pure water coming out of the taps.) temp is fine. 40-50% Water changes every week. Plenty of food... I am sure the clowns eat them. I used to live in Belguim and had this happen once before but put it down to a sick pleco. I think they are just like those lions that get a taste for human flesh and stop hunting antilope. Has anyone seen this before? It is not a one off. This is now getting expensive
