Water Soluble Levamisol Dosage?

I found an online source for a soluble form of Levamisol HCL and am going to try it on flukes.

The form I've ordered (linked to below) is used to deworm pigs via their drinking water. Each bottle contains 18.15 gms of levamisole HCl equivalent, and according to the retailer one bottle will treat 100 - 50 lb pigs. My Clown Loaches may eat like pigs, but they are considerably smaller......for now anyway. I'm wondering if Doc Momfish or anyone else who has used this medication could give me an idea of the dosage per gallon I should use for this particular product.

Thanks in advance,
Robin
