little clown on bottom for 2 days

i just got these little guys the other day....the runt is not doing so well......The 3 others have been taking the zuchini i have put in there, but the runt just lays in this one spot..HELP! I had to treat them for ich, as they had it when they were bought, using half dosage..what have I done?
