Food for clowns and more

Hmm My clowns seem to love anything that is branded hikari... hikari bottom feeder, hikari algae wafers, hikari lionheadgoldfish sinking pellets(very nourishing food !!!! just found out from uncle pet shop owner for loaches) hikari cichilid food ?(the one with milt) Hikari frozen bloodworms, frozen brine shrimp, frozen prawns or krill ?
Also, sometimes the big loaches( 7 and 8 inches) might ambush the neon tetra at night....and tear and eat them... not very clear ...but i am missing 11 neons in the past 2 weeks.
Big guy likes to block the cave entrance with his big fat body...only allowing 7 babies in shutting 4 mediums and number 2...
Babies eat everything...Mediums eat after babies eat...(assurance ?) then Big ones eat when lights go off...(on neons ?)
I also think my sailfin pleco is missing(4 inches) also eaten ?
Do big ones eat all the time when acclimated or eat when the lights out as they feel more secure ?
Hmm there are only clowns in there now... about 15 of them... All I see are clowns...
Any loaches I can put inside ? I was think of some striped or zebra loaches... Yoyos look very skinny... Blue botias look like red tailed black sharks...hehe
Thinking of putting some plants, anubis...They are almost cast iron...
