Two Spots

I noticed last night that 2 of my clowns have 2 small spots on their noses is it what i think it is?Digging in the gravel and doing there best to dig up my plants that have marked them.One thing though the other 5 havent got any marks on them.
Also is it safe to add Tiger Barbs to the tank i also have tetras,plecosGuppies,Angel fish and flying foxes.My tank is 6ftx3ftx4ft with plenty of hiding places and plants.The reason i ask is i have heard that Tigers tend to nibble the fins of other fish
