Clarify spots on Loachs

From my knowledge...clowns markings sometimes have spots on their nose which disappear or blend in with their face as they grow.

Sometimes when they are stressed, they might reappear. Only happens on some clowns but not all...

From my knowledge...if I am wrong pls tell me...but I have seen it on my medium size loaches
