Lowering ph safely

My pH is always between 7.3 and 7.5. My water is not very hard ( 3 german? degrees hardness ) The tank is well planted. What is the best and safest (plants and fish) method to lower the pH so I can treat with Levasol? Thanks for the help. Larry
