Clown Loaches Breeding?

I have a school of 7 clown loachs, between 1 and 2 inches long. The two biggest are acting funny. The smaller of the two has gone very greyish, but is showing no signs of disease or distress. The biggest rubs all over her, whiskers her sides, and chases eveyone else away, loaches and non-loaches. Is this breeding? And if so, what should I do? And if not, what should I do?
