My loach is growing a brow ridge, HELP please

OK here we go,
I looked into the tank today and found a white growth on one clown loach. It is on the eye/skin border-on the skin side and seems to be more deeper than on the surface. It is protruding and looks like a eyebrow ridge from the front.
We just recovered from a SEVERE case of ich about 2 months ago and it doesnt look like ich. Even the "ich barometer" glass catfish are clean as well as all other fish. I need some help diagnosing this new one for me. Maracyn is standing by. Thanks in advance.
