River tank in a 20 gallon

I know someone posted pics of a design for a 20 gallon long rivertank recently, and I'd love to get another look at it. In may I get to move, and so do my fish. I will have 2 20 longs empty, and in at least one I want a river tank for some smallish South American Catfish (Chaetostoma thomasi). They absolutely love current and cool water.

The other will become an attempt to breed kuhli loaches with slower river type circulation (I found someone on another board that says they've succeeded before and I'm gonna try it.)

So anyone know who posted the designs, or whoever posted them, could you post them again, as I am bad at remembering where I put my links.
