HELP!!! Dark Spots on Clown Loaches

I am beginning to feel like Job in the Bible. I've had one plague after another for the past few weeks and never had any troubles like this before. It all started when during an partial electrical outage my fish stayed in the dark with filtration and heat but no lights. A Cory died during this time and when the lights came on and I found him he was a small lump of white fungus. Since then I've had another Cory die and a Betta come down with fungus and now my two PETS, my two Clown Loaches, have dark spots all over their heads. I noticed they haven't been eating or swimming around at night and only hiding in cave and I began to suspect something was wrong, so I scared them out
