Of the 2 banded loaches and 2 p. cheni that I took home yesterday, I have 2 survivors...for now.

One banded loach died before being introduced to the tank, the cheni died last night. Id noticed increased respiration so I tested my water and it was fine. I did a water change anyway in case it was something that I couldnt test for that was upsetting it but it died 4 or 5 hrs later showing the same bloody streaks as Id seen a few weeks ago during the bacterial infection in my main tank.

By this time, the 5 gourami that I keep in my Q tank to keep it cycled were all breathing heavily so I medicated. The gourami seem fine now but the remaining cheni has a colourless patch on its tail - as yet, no other symptoms.

Q: Im using Myxaz
