Eggs :-(

Well, I woke up this morning to find that the majority of the eggs had developed fungus overnight. I removed them and put any that didn't have visible fungus in a mild Methylene blue solution. The remaining eggs are in this solution in a specimen container hanging inside the tank. However I think most of them may be turning opaque which means they were not fertilized, right?

I just fed everyone a nice meal of bloodworms and an algae wafer. After they finish lunch I'm going to vacuum the tank and do a nice big water change. Maybe the Cories will try again. If they do, I think next time I will move the eggs to my cycled Q-Tank after filling it with water from the main tank. And I'll use the Methylene blue sooner. Perhaps then next batch will survive.
