Tank Limit on # of Fish?

I have a 55 gallon, heavily planted community tank. In reference to my two posts below, I have recently lost and replaced a couple of loaches, and was thinking about getting another. I wanted to ask you all if you though this was feasible as far as bio-load goes.

I change about 40% of the water weekly (gravel vacuum too), temp 80 degrees, lotsa plants, HOT Magnum for mechanical filtration, Emporer 280 w/biowheel for biological filtration, do it yourself yeast CO2 injection... I have about a dozen neons, a couple 2.5" rasboras, 3 red eye tetras, 3 4" bala sharks, 4 clown loaches (all 2" or under), 5 small cories, 5 otocinclus (sp?), and 3 3" chinese algae eaters. Can my tank supp
