YoYo's fat with eggs?

Two of my five YoYos had very bulgy bellies a few days ago, 24hrs after their last feeding. It looked like they were carrying eggs. Not so much today, though. So, in case this happens again;

Q. Do YoYo's become gravid in captivity?
Q. If I move the 5 YoYos to a separate tank, can I do anything to promote spawning and fry survival?
Q. If so, how would I move the YoYo's? I'm really not willing to clear out the tank to accomplish this with a net(s) and traumitize all the other loaches. Any other ideas? Traps, etc?

Thanks!
