Mouth Fungus!

I have a horrible feeling that my Botia Striata has mouth fungus. He has a small white patch of white just above his mouth and a cluster of small white spots near his head. I treated for whitespot but none of my other fishes are affected so I am beginning to think it could be fungus. Water quality is good in my tank though. I guess my fish are a bit messy as they are all loaches and they enjoy rooting around a lot. Nitrate levels have been a tiny bit higher than usual recently, no matter how much maintainence I do but not serious at all.

Has any got any advice on Mouth Fungus for me? It would be really appreciated.
