Erosions on loach body

Thank you to the reader who answered my previous query about loach ages.
Could someone now help with a loach health problem?
I have a six-year old weather loach that is physically very healthy, but has some odd growths on it's tail.The loach has two circular lesions close to it's tail, but not actually on the fin itself. They are about 5-6mm across, perhaps a bit larger. One seems to have pushed back the normal brown spotted skin, as if something is
"breaking through", but it doesn't protrude above the skin level,like a bump. It is pinkish-red, with slightly paler bumps. The other lesion is a bit further along the body, away from the tail
