White Cloud Minnows and Yoyos

I'm trying to decide what to put in with my yoyos when I eventually move them to the 29g. I was leaning towards the White Cloud Minnows but I see they do better in cooler temps. My tank is currently set at 78*F (25*C). The tank is planted and I have 2 otos in there now. Also, would they be ok with yoyos? I have had a lone neon in with the yoyos for over a month with no problems. They ignor her and she doesn't seem be frightened by them. Other species I have been looking at are zebra danios, black neon tetras, harlequins, Sissortail Rasboras (I wouldn't be able to get very many of them at 6" adult size), Tiger Barbs (my faux clowns until I can get a MUCH bigger tank, haha).
