Treating for Internal Parasites - Clown Loaches

Ok so here's the scenario.

Motley and Spot, 2 of my clown loaches (both purchased from the same vendor) appear to be wasting away due to some form of internal parasite.

Both are visibly eating, swimming around and have a healthy apettite. Both fish have sunken depressions along their back and redened gills.

I need some advice here, as I am getting that "helpless sick fish owner" feeling.

Do I;

A) Put them down
B) Try to treat them with treated food (keep in mind this is a VERY full tank and likelyhood of them getting enough medication is limited)
C) Set up the new quarantine tank, cycle it
