Help! I have a fish rescue on my hands

One of my friends has 6 clown loaches a couple inches long and a few other fish... something happened and the tank he had broke.... or at least cracked. I now have his fish in trash cans at my place. I have a 125 gallon tank that is completely empty not even water in it. How can I start a tank from scratch and immediately throw in the loaches and his other fish without cycling the tank. I don't want any harm to come to these fish... and I know I can't keep them in the trash cans for long.

Should I heavily use Fritzyme #7 or something like that to get the biological filter started.. I don't want the clowns to get sick from ammonia and nitrite spikes.

Thanks for your help in advance.
