Java Moss

Any ideas on how to grow Java moss.. I have a clump growing in my 10 gallon... can I just cut a peice and stick it in gravel and it will grow? I'm interested in growing lots of it for transplantation to other tanks.. but I'm not sure how to approach it.

Also, How much lighting is required to get Java Moss to grow well.. for example in a 125 gallon how many watts of light would be needed?

Also, What other types of plants grow easily and well with Java moss.

Thanks.
