more zebra questions

Since my last post, one of my 2 zebras has gotten fully adjusted to my tank: eating a lot, and gotten fat like the clowns.

Problem is the other one is doing worse. The one doing better is the smaller one with prettier patterns. This one is longer and used to seem bigger than the smaller one. But now it's gotten very thin and slim.

I haven't ruled out whether if it is the "skinny disease" or not. But the more likely reason seems to be that the smaller one is constantly chasing and harrasing it, making it very timid and lost his/her apetite. When he does, once in a blue moon, have the mood to forage, there's no food left :(

So you guys have any idea what's causing this and what I should do?
