Got my dwarf puffers!! Question

I'm so happy. Big Al's selling them right now in Richmond BC. They are named pea puffers though.

Got a question. Is it uncommon for male to attack female? I requested 1 male and 1 female but after the 1st day one started attacking the other. The one attacking I'm sure is male (the line on his belly is very apparent, maybe since it's dominating); the other one I'm not so sure looks like there might be a line and then it might not. They are both not too rounded so I can't really tell from that.

So what do you guys think? Is it normal or have i gotten a pair of males?
