HELP! Clown loach in badly set up community tank

Hi all,

I work at a school where they have a tank with these unmatched fish in it:

1 orange-finned loach (?)
1 Clown loach. (Looks like a clown to me)
3 nickel to quarter size Marble Angels
2 2.5 - 3 inch goldfish
2 gourami
2 Silver tetras/tinfoil barb (again????)
2 pleco's (sm - med)

Ok, the tank is around 77, 78 degrees. They have no salt added, it's a 55 that's not fully filled, and they have ich. Just lost a beta (yep, they had a beta in too!!!) and a marbled molly (who I suspect is the ich culprit).

The pH (last checked) was approx. 7. I will get the rest of the water parameters tomorrow.
