Planning Community Tank

This is my plan for a 10 gal. Comments very welcome:

Upper fish:
-- 1 small Angel (Pterophyllum scalare)
Middle fish:
-- 3 Black Neon Tetras (Hyphessobrycon herbertaxelrodi)
-- 3 Glowligth Tetras (Hemigrammus erthrozonus)
Bottom fish:
-- 2 small Clown Loaches (Botia macracantha)
-- 1 small algae eater

What species of "algae eater" would be good? I'm switching to live plants.

I would also love to have one small Red-tailed Shark -- one of my favorites -- but I think that would be too many fish. I'll sacrifice it for the two Clown Loaches!

And lastly, I will have a bigger tank by the time my "small" fish get much bigger.
