pH problem in another tank

Hey everyone, just wonder what you all think about this. I gave my 30 gallon tank to my best pal after re-siliconing it for her. She uses 2 Aquaclear minis, a 75 Watt heater, flourescent lighting, ya know, standard tank. Her gravel is a mix of the natural bulk that I use, that colored yucky stuff that shops sell and some small natural rocks. She now has 2 clowns, 2 pepper cories, 4 swordtails, 5 neons and about 16 Endler's adults and fry. She originally had 2 clowns, one cory, 2 swords and 8 endlers. The tank has been up again for a week. We seeded her filters from my tank and used the gravel from her 10 gallon plus some more. I advised her not to add to the bioload so soon but ya now h
