Provided that your tanks is otherwise cycled and healthy.....

A greenish tint usually means an algae bloom. If this is the case then more frequent and larger water changes. Reduction in the amount of food given.(Less food =less waste=less nitrates=less algae)Reduction in amount of light your tank gets(Algae loves lots of light, especially sunlight) Or maybe a few live plants.(Healthy plants can out compete algae for the nutrients in your water.) Oh.. and maybe test for phosphates/phosphorus. A lot of PH balancers use this as a buffer and wouldnt you know it, Algae loves it too....
I Also tend to shy away from all these commercial "cleans water fast" type products. Regular and consistent maintenance is usually good enough.
