Updates on Dwarf Puffers (suggestions?)

So I've decided to move them little buggers to my larger tank!

It went really well at first! I had much more fun feeding them without worrying about stinky blood worms sinking to the bottom and rot. Even better is my skinny skinny dwarf started eating the moment I moved her to the 20 gal!

Ok... here comes the sad news. It's been a few days and I've just noticed some fin nipping to occur (DUH... figures, you say!). Well, they've been really behaving when they were in the small tank, only chasing each other. Now my black skirt tetras bottom fins are starting to look pretty bad. I've only witnessed my big fat mean dwarf nipping other fishes. Can't even rule out whether it is a fin rot or even if it were the tetras that did it them
