How much to feed?

I have had my two Clowns, maybe 1 1/8" each, for four days now and finally saw them eat something besides my plant. It was a piece of a Hikari Sinking Wafer.

Before I got them when I had Tetras and a Red-tail Shark I would feed the Tetras flakes or freeze-dried blood worms on the surface and I would see a little fall to the bottom. I never saw the Red-tail eat but he grew well.

When he and many other fish I'm not listing died from Ich, I only had the Tetras left. Until I got the Clowns I had been feeding them very little at a time and watching so that almost none fell to the bottom as I had no bottom feeding fish.

With the Clowns I started with the Sinking Wafers to be sure they got something.
