Should I put loaches in first?

Ok, since there's so many people who really know their loaches, here's another question.
As I mentioned before, I have a newly cycled 110 g planted tank that currently has 1 pl*co and 3 adult neon rainbowfish + about a dozen fry. (I can't believe these guys reproduced in a cycling tank!!!). The plan for the tank is to have 5-7 clown loaches, 5-7 SAE, and more rainbows. Should I add the loaches first or last? I'm worried about ich, since I've heard that these guys will get it almost surely when they get to a new tank.
Any advise would be most appreciated. BTW, the tank is full of small snails right now, which I'm sure the loaches will enjoy.
