Clown Loach Still "skinny"

Hi. I posted about 3 or 4 months ago about a clown loach I had that had "skinny" or "wasting" disease. This loach had been like that for a couple of months, while two other clown loaches in the same tank showed no symptoms. I was told to try erythromycin, or either levamisole or piperazine. I treated with erythromycin, since it was easier to get, and it's been about 2 or 3 months and the loach is still "skinny". It hides in a rock cave with the two other healthy clowns. It hardly ever comes out of the cave, unless it comes out at night while the lights are out. The other two loaches swim around and look for food often. I have recently got some piperazine and was wondering if it would be worth it to treat the whole tank in case worms are the problem. My questions are: Do you think m
