Flashing Dojo

My female dojo has been flashing for the last few days. She suddenly seems to startle herself, streaks across the tank, rubbing herself on the gravel. I've looked her over and can't see anything wrong. The water parameters are good (0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, 7ppm nitrate, Ph 6.8, temp 76-78). She certainly eats well enough and in fact is getting pudgy. Her buddy, the male, is not flashing, nor is any other fish in the tank.

Any ideas out there as to what could be causing this behavior?
