breeding yo-yo's

do yo-yo's breed in aquariums? i know this may sound like a stupid question, but i know some species of fish havent been bred in captivity. i have a yo-yo that seems to be getting rather plump this week. there are two total in the tank, so i started wondering if maybe they were trying to spawn. one other possibility, they are in a tank with some molly fry. do you suppose they are eating the fry? the fry are getting pretty big though and these yo-yo's are maybe an inch and a half to an inch and three quarters in length, but they are the only fish i see chasing the fry occasionally. thanks for the info.
