Help with Lighting in QT

I just got a quarantine tank set up yesterday and put 3 new plants in it: Java Fern, Corkscrew Val, and Water Sprite. Tomorrow I will add some fish.

If the fish show no signs of health problems, I will move the fish and plants to the main tank 5 days later, which means the plants will be in the QT for a MINIMUM of 7 days.

The QT tank has only 2 15w incandescent bulbs, not enough to sustain the plants for long or make them grow.

My question is how long can the plants stay healthy with this limited light before they will be permanently damaged. Is 7 days okay? If it is, how much longer would be okay?

If necessary, I could move the fluorescent fixture from the main tank to the QT for a few hours each night after 8
