How come all 5 loaches in my tank are now different sizes? One has barely grown (they were about 2 inches long when I got them) and one has almost doubled in size!!! There were lots of snails in the tank when they moved in, now there's only a few left, primarily ramshorn. They also eat algae tabs (bad loach! those are for the plecosaurus!), two kinds of loach tablets (Hikari and Tetramin), leftover flakes, and leftover frozen bloodworms, brine shrimp, etc.
They all seem very healthy otherwise, although they do get bullied by the malaysian long-arm shrimps if they get too close. :)
