Aggressive Clown

Hey Guys,
In need of help here!
I have three Clown loaches @ 6, 4 and 2" in length. The two smaller clowns are the same age but while one has doubled in size since I bought it, the other hasn't grown at all. The problem I'm having is that now my largest clown (8 yrs old) has become aggressive/predatory to all the other fish in the tank. He mainly picks on the smaller clowns, chasing them round and round the tank, but will happily have a go at anything that doesn't move quick enough. He used to shoal peacefully with my old plec, as they were of a similar size, but he sadly died a year ago.

I think there are sufficient bog wood caves, but would adding more help?

Any ideas or suggestions would be gratefully received.

Cheers,

Neil.
