A tank with tons of current

I just added a lot of current to my 220 gallon tank. The question I have is.. should I turn the power heads off at night to allow the fish to sleep? What are the pros and cons of turning them off at night with the lights.

This fish are
bala sharks
clown loaches
tiger barbs
