Not eating

Hi, i have 2 question. I have a 10gal tank, home to 3 small clown loaches, 1 cory cat. I just got these fishes, and the clown loaches never seem to have trouble eating live food, and dried freeze food. They always ignore the wafers, any reason?. As for my cory cat it just stays in one spot, then all of a sudden zoom to a different spot. Its never eats when i feed blood worms, the clown loaches is always the first to finish it, so i would make 2 batches of blood worm one for the clowns and one for the cat, but the cat would ignore the food and the clowns will finish it. Any reason why?
