Is the Chinese algae eater a species of loach?
I found a web site showing the various types of loaches and i swear one of them was exactly like my algae eater. I wish I had the URL, i'd attach a link for all to see. I'll try and find it.
I've found info on 'Chinese algae eaters' on the web and the description of them fits mine perfectly - peaceful when small, but as it matures it becomes aggressive and a little territorial.
I just purchased 2 Dojos for my 50+ gallon tank and they get along great with the algae eater.
