Speaking of food

How often and what do you feed your loaches? I feed sinking food (two kinds, Tetra and Hikari, plus algae tabs for the ancistrus, but the loaches love those too) in the morning, along with flakes for the other fish. In the evening I feed frozen worms/shrimp/etc, about 3 cubes worth. It's usually all gone in 5-10 minutes, depending on what's being served (they don't like tubifex worms). Am I feeding too much?
