wonky weather loach

My son has bought 2 weather loaches for his cold, fresh water fish tank. Henry seems fine but Dyson, although active and feeding as well as Henry, seems to rest in odd possitions. Like on his side or even on his back. I thought he was dead yesterday morning but when I put the net in to scoop him out he just shot off in a very lively way. Is he sick or just odd? Lovely fish but we don't know much about them. Got them 'cos we though they looked so cute.
