Hi, a friend of mine wants me to set up a 125 gallon planted tropical tank for her, and the budget is generous. I was thinking of having a school of maybe 8-10 or more small to medium-sized loaches for a scavenger. I was wondering if any of you guys who know all the common species really well off the top of your heads could suggest a specific species or two I should look at to save me some time (I'm mostly a Hillstream person and don't have a book on real loaches.)

Here's what we'll probably look for:

Calm, non-aggressive.
Grows about 3-4" long max.
Hardy (for a loach.)
