ID long gray loach?

The other day at the pet store I spotted these baby loaches - they were very long and thin and silver/gray with maybe a slight golden tint. No markings of any kind.

They were calling it a "golden loach" but after a quick google search I came to the conclusion they probably just made that name up. I don't know a whole lot about loaches, I'm more of a catfish kind of girl myself, this one really caught my eye and I'd like to know a little more about it, if I could any figure out what the heck the thing is!

They were only asking something like $3 for them so I'm guessing it's something common.

If anyone has any ideas of what it could be that would be great!
