Otherwise, I wouldn't have a clue about so many loaches I've encountered over the past few months.

A couple of months back, at my LFS, a spotted a contaminant in with a tank full of Glass Catfish. It turned out to be what I used to call a "Fighting Loach." It's listed in the index as "Kuiper's Loach" (nemacheilus selangoricus). It's about an inch long now in my 80.

A couple of weeks back, at the same store, there was another contaminant. This time it was among a group of Schistura beavani. I took it home. The lil thang matches the pics of "Schistura geisleri" in index.
