dead fish, why and what to do

Hey everyone,

We bought a couple of young yellow labs and some other "electric blue" (don't think they're really the 'electric blue') cichlids that were about 1 to 1.5" long two weeks ago. Now one of the yellow labs is dead. I had noticed it wasn't out and about as much as the other one, and then today we noticed it was thing and shrunken looking. We went to catch it and it dissappered in the rock work on us, so we gave up and decided to wait until it came out. Well now it's dead and when we dug it out it has reddish spots on its body. I read this is a sign of a bacteria infection. My question is, should I treat the rest of the tank, or let them be, as the other fish see
